Rumanian Suits Dismissed in New York and Fort Worth

Judges say Rumania was uncooperative in suits against Wildenstein and Kimbell Art Foundation for the return of El Greco paintings, San Sebastian and Giacomo Basio, that it claimed were stolen in 1940s.
