Veteran Art Thief Is Arrested Again
Charles Robert Richmond, who served six years for New York gallery thefts, is arrested by the FBI in Chicago after a similar spree

US-Peruvian Agreement on Cultural Property
U.S. commits to help Peru recover stolen cultural property, in an agreement modeled on the 1970 treaty with Mexico, which has yielded the return of numerous Mexican artifacts. Text of agreement included in article.

Dr. Wagner Convicted
Plastic surgeon, Dr Kurt Wagner was fined and sentenced to three years' probation with community service for receiving stolen property; insurance fraud charges were dropped in a plea bargain (see SAA, No. 2, March/April 1981).
