18 U.S.C. § 3292 (2007)


Suspension of limitations period to permit United States to obtain foreign evidence, 18 U.S.C. § 3292, provides, in pertinent part, that a court may suspend the limitations period if the United States makes an official request to obtain evidence that is in a foreign country until the foreign court or authority takes final action on the request.
