N.Y. ARTS & CULT. AFF. LAW § 12.01 (2012)


New York Arts and Cultural Affairs Law, Section 12.01 was amended in 2012 in response to court rulings relating to the bankruptcy of Lawrence Salander and his Gallery.  The amended law ensures that consigned works of art are protected from the creditors of a consignee.
