- Issued under the aegis of the Munch Museum in Oslo, this catalogue is the result of a three-year collaborative effort to document all the Museum's drawings (90% of the artist's output), as well as those held in other venues and in private collections. In all, the catalogue lists approximately 7,645 items.
There are introductory texts on Munch's drawings, a discussion of his sketchbooks, an index of portrait sitters, and short essays on Much's various themes: self-portraits, landscapes, childhood works, Henrik Ibsen, etc...
