Précis

The heirs of artist Alexander Calder brought suit against the heirs of his long-time dealers, Klaus and Dotty Perls, alleging that the dealers had wrongfully sold, or still possessed, numerous works by Calder.  The action, however, was dismissed on statute of limitation grounds.
