“Cultural Property”: the objects of material and spiritual value that have artistic, historic, ethnographic and scientific significance, and that are subject to preservation, restoration and protection in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, namely: original paintings, drawings and sculptures, compositions and collages made from any materials, works of applied arts and traditional folk art; objects related to historical events, development of society and the state, development of science and culture, as well as objects that are connected to the life and work of prominent public figures, political parties, civil and religious organizations, and objects related to science, culture and art; objects that are found at the time of archaeological excavations and are of importance to museums; constituent parts and fragments of architectural and historical significance, artistic tokens and monumental art tokens; ancient books and publications that have historical, artistic, scientific and literary significance, as separate objects or as collections; manuscripts and incunabula, ancient publications (e.g., paleotypes, etc.), archival documents including those related to film, photography and phonography, as separate objects or collections; unique and rare musical instruments; various types of weapons with artistic, historical, ethnographic and scientific significance; rare postage stamps, materials related to philately, as separate objects or collections; rare coins, rewards, medals, seals and other collectibles; zoological collections that have scientific and aesthetic significance, as well as significance for cultural and scientific education; rare collections and specimens of flora and fauna, mineralogy, anatomy and paleontology.
